Part 1 provides a definition of Family Sensitive Policy and Practice, along with a rationale for and background knowledge and evidence for such practice. Part 2 provides practice examples and useful resource and tools for the alcohol and other drugs sector. Part 3 gives suggestions for workforce and organisational development, systems and leadership strategies, government policy and evaluation and monitoring systems to support Family Sensitive Policy and Practice.
