This resource is a collection of papers from the international Indigenous TJ+ research conference held at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in October 2014, which brought together Indigenous judges from Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand with Elders, academics, students, justice workers and social workers. The conference examined the holistic contributions that Indigenous Elders, spirituality, culture and research are making in the rebuilding of Indigenous legal traditions in Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the United States.
